Artist Status displays the tasks to be done by me for specific platforms with starting dates.

Commission Status shows the both current status and latest give update to the client.

All commissions do not have specific deadline, except each commission are expected to be done within 2-5 weeks, and may extend if the artwork is heavily detailed.

Read Terms of Service to know more about the workflow and updates clients will receive for the commissioned artwork.

Wait List is reserved for clients who are willing to wait for open slot.

Clients can reserve a slot after they send order form and full payment of the commission.

Commissions work as a first-paid, first-serve basis. Reserved date lists whose commission I will work on as soon as there's available slot.

Please keep everything below in mind as it is important to know each other's rights and prohibits:

The artist, Empress Chini, will not be signing any NDA contracts or accept commissions that requires signing contracts. This also applies to the commission artwork that will be used for commercial purposes.

As the artist, Empress Chini has ownership of copyright to all her artwork and designs.

As the commissioner, you have ownership of commissioned artwork and designs but NOT the copyright to it, referring to claiming the commissioned artwork and designs as your own hand-made creation.

You are NOT allowed to use the commission artwork or any update progress/screenshots in any Ai generators or models.

TO INQUIRE:

TO ORDER:

You will fill-out the official commission order form, which is available here: COMMISSION ORDER FORM

Once order form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email within the next 24-48 hours. Quote and Payment details will be included in the email, so that you can proceed to payment transaction.

Once you've sent the payment and its receipt with reference number, you will be informed through email reply within next 24-48 hours the estimate Turn Around Time (TAT) for the commission. If there is no available opening but you've fully paid the commission order, you will be put to my Waitlist Batch.

Full payment is required prior to starting the commission.

For Philippines, Gcash and Paymaya are preferred payment method. For Gcash, please do not send the payment with GInsure.

For International, payments will be done through Ko-Fi or PayPal invoice (USD currency). Paypal tax, transaction fee and conversion fee will be added to the invoice.

If the order is accepted but payment has not been received within 7 days, the commission will be cancelled.

Commercial use for commissions requires the appropriate commercial fee to be paid before the commission can be used commercially. Please check the commercial usage page.

A full refund can be requested if the artist, Empress Chini, has not started your commission yet (or haven't started the 1st phase: draft sketch). Please note that the paid tax, transaction fee and conversion fee from Paypal or other payment method will not be included in refund.

Please keep this in mind before commissioning. Once the artist sent you the first update: draft sketch, you will not be able to request refund. This also applies to commercial rights, once a commercial right has been purchased and decided to change rights to use the artwork for personal use, you will not be able to request refund for this change as well.

IMPORTANT: If a chargeback has been issued once I start your commission or after completion, you will lose all rights to the commission and be blacklisted from future commissions.

Purchasing commercial rights allows you to use the commissioned artwork for commercial and promotional purpose, this also includes social media assets (banner, avatar, using art in streams or recorded videos) and ad-supported sites.

IMPORTANT: Paying for commercial rights does NOT mean paying for full copyright ownership of the artwork, referring to transferring property rights to you. It also does NOT give the right to alter/edit the commissioned artwork or be used for AI prompting to claim the artwork as your own work. It must be used "as is" when using it for social media content, commercial and promotional purposes.

Commerical fee is applied per piece and per usage. For example:

Using the commissioned artwork for sticker only = 1 commercial fee

Using the commissioned artwork for both stickers and charms = 2 commercial fees.

Before commissioning, please indicate the intended usage for your commission in your request. Commercial rights will be confirmed after the appropriate fee has been paid in full.

You are guaranteed to receive updates of the following phase (Draft sketch, lineart, etc.) in the table below.

The status of your commission can be requested at any time, but the artist will only inform you of the phase where they are working on, and may not be able to provide any screenshot if still working on certain phase of the artwork.

The estimated TAT does NOT include the revision time and the add-ons.

There is no rush fee available as of now.

Draft Sketch Phase: allowed up to 3 minor revisions

Lineart Phase: allowed up to 3 minor revisions

Base Color Phase: allowed up to 3 minor revisions, only colors can be changed.

Mistakes on my end will be fixed for free.

Minor revisions can be requested during the draft sketch phase and lineart phase. Once we reach base color phase, only base color can be changed, and lineart will not be allowed to alter for revision, unless there's anatomy mistakes or missing character details.

If minor revisions exceeded to more than 3, these will be considered as Major Revision, which will have $25 fee (per major revision)

Requesting for additional draft sketch (after submitting stated 2 draft sketch) will have a $25-50 fee per draft sketch. Please note that this is not same type as add-ons of "custom character designing fee" as the custom character designing is focused on more designing and experimenting outfits, hair, props as well as fitting pose for the commissioner's original character.

Commissioner may request a printed copy of the commissioned artwork (1 art print only, A4 size, with or without artist signature) to be packed and shipped directly to the address or post office.

Local/International shipping fees + custom import tax fee + other transaction fees will be added in the invoice and must be fully paid by the commissioner as well.

For commissioned traditional artwork, I will not send the original art piece, but for the final delivery, you will receive the digital image files and (if requested) printed copy of the commissioned artwork will be sent to you. Please keep this in mind before commissioning.

TOS is subject to change in the future without prior notice. Those who break TOS or prove to be problematic will be blacklisted from future commissions.

Personal use means the artwork will NOT generate you any kind of profit, and is something you wish to have for personal enjoyment or gift.
